The first installation was awful. The installation team did not do the job properly. It took them a long time. I had to have another team come out. The second installation team was great.
I got a total of 4 windows, 2 of my 4 windows had a huge gap in them two days after being installed. The handles to the windows that have gaps in them continue to fall off, and won't stay screwed on.
We made the purchase in June and they said that it would take 4 to 6 weeks for the doors to come for the installation, but it took 10 months instead. They ordered the wrong color the first time, then they ordered the wrong size the second time, and we still don't have a screen for the door. We're very unhappy.
This experience has been a nightmare and I will not recommend Champion.
It's very complicated. We had the gentleman come out to our house to give us the estimate and presentation and we got the windows installed then Covid-19 hit. I felt as if the quality of service after we got them installed was not there. Adam didn't follow up with us. I had to keep telling them they were the wrong windows or I don't think it would've been addressed properly. I had to reach out to Adam time after time after time. I was satisfied with my install, but I was not given adequate information when placing my order, and I was not given all the information regarding my windows.
