I feel the product is very good ( siding and windows). I have noticed that my furance seems to not come on as much as before.
The workmen who installed our new patio did a very excellent job. He was neat and cleaned up, not just inside but also outside. He removed glass that had shattered on the patio. He was the most conscientious repair man I've ever had. Mr. Adams and Champion were very patient when we had to pay our balance in two separate parts. We are interested in future repairs from Champion.
Champion was very professional. We had bad weather, and they still handled that fine. I'm comparing this to some people next door who did their siding, and that company left a huge mess every night for two and a half months. With Champion, you'd barely know they were there after a day.
It was top notch from beginning to end. They were extremely professional from sales to installation and very knowledgeable and they were probably the best thing we've done to our house since we built it. They will last us until they send us to the nursing home.
My first contact with Champion was through my salesman, Mike. He was courteous, on time, and very helpful. The second time I had anything to do with Champion was when Mike measured my window after I decided to buy it. In two weeks my window came in and after one day it was installed. Everything was done professionally and there was no mess to clean up afterward.
I was just so impressed with the workers. They did an excellent job installing, and they kept everything very clean. I just wish I'd had it done sooner. The windows do an excellent job of eliminating outside noise, and after having them in for just two weeks, I could already see a difference in my utility bill. It keeps dropping six to ten bucks almost every month.
When we originally had Danny come out for the sales process, we were in a weird situation timing wise, because my wife was thirty seven weeks pregnant. They were great at working with us on scheduling the installation, and were able to get the windows installed less than a week after we were home with the baby. The installers did a good job of being respectful of the fact that there was newborn in the home, and we really appreciated their level of courtesy.
I was extremely happy from the beginning, when the salesman came out, to the end when they came to install the windows. They did an exemplary job and I am extremely pleased with the work they did.
I had a very good experience in the buying process. We love the room. We'll have many years of enjoyment out of this room. I want to commend Andy and Brad for the great job they did. He's very particular and precise in the way he puts a building together. Thank you very much for a job well done.
