I don't have any disappointments all with Champion. They were all so very professional and very clean when they came in the house. They cleaned up around the house. I was so satisfied. I probably wouldn't have gone with any other windows. They are just perfect.
Champion Windows did a great job with the installation. I thought that the the salesperson and the installer were on time. The only criticism that I have is being given only one option for a window. However, I am satisfied with what I received.

Champion Windows provides a service that is excellent in the siding area, marginal in the window area, and overall leaves destruction in their path. If the crews would look at the outdoor yard work, flowers, bushes, inside sofa and be respectful of these areas, things would be better.
The sales staff was very low-pressure and knowledgeable. The installation crew was very professional and efficient in the installation. They were very thorough in resolving any installation problems we had before the project was complete.
My overall experience with Champion Windows of Kansas City was really good. They were pretty good and they have pretty good people who work for them.
