They should put on the roofs that they say they'll put on instead of putting on substitutes without telling you about the change. Other than that, they were good.
I feel that Champion Windows' staff is professional, friendly, and courteous. I do believe the installation could have been done more professionally and therefore insuring a non-leaky window. The installers had to come back out to complete installation on the windows.
