They followed through with whatever they agreed with, and that was beneficial. The workmen were courteous and were able to answer any questions we had. We're pretty well satisfied with them. And the timeliness was great.
I've always been impressed with Champion Windows. I really like their windows and doors. This was our second time using them. We shopped around both times and compared prices and both times we thought Champion Windows had the best product and deal. They came, did the job, left and it was perfect. We are really pleased. Our house is a lot more livable and we appreciate the lower utility bills!
The installers at Champion Windows of Kansas City had an outstanding quality of work and they had outstanding service. I would recommend them to anybody.
After meeting with Champion Windows, I felt like their sales representative provided me with all of the information I needed to make an educated decision, a decision I was comfortable making. After both doors were installed, I was not only happy with my decision, but felt I got a fair value for my money.
Champion is a great window. I had them put in the front fifteen years ago. They are still good. The people and the product itself are very good.
Champion is to reimburse me $150 for the fee I paid for a variance so they could get the permit. This has been promised to me since 5/7. Still not received as of 8/9.
We should have been told that we would need to entirely replace all of our existing window treatments. Scott assured us it would all be able to be put back together and look the same as it did before the installation which is not the case.

Your partnership with Slice by FNBO is what soured me. They required me to approve 4 separate “draws” which took weeks, and I cannot increase the monthly payment amount to have it paid off in 18 months instead of 26 so now I have to monitor it to make sure it remains in the same as cash window. FNBOs makes it so I will not use you again. I have 4 other windows to replace and I will be going with someone else.
I was COMPLETELY mislead about the expensive blinds I have being able to work w/your windows.
