The siding installation is still not complete as of 07/02/25. They started on 06/09/25. We were told by Salesman that installation would take 3-4 days to complete
No significant issues with install with last year's order for 12 windows but several issues with this year's install for 8 windows.
The installation/window manufacture was less than expected. The color of the windows did not match the screen frames. One screen had paint gone, under the sticker, where it could not be seen until after the sticker was removed. The stickers had to be removed from all screens, and the adhesive film left on the screen frame could not be easily removed. I used Goof Off, what would other customers use? Our sales person was great. We would have given a 10 but at the end of the presentation we had to speak to the ‘closer’. He tried to use strong arm tactics. It was very off-putting
I absolutely love the product design and all that the windows offer, but I feel like my wife and I were taken advantage of with the exorbitant price we were charged. We were taken in with the ‘buy 2 get 2 free’ coupon we had when the salesman showed up, but trust me, it did not work out that way. And I’m aware that anyone could say ‘well, if you didn’t like the price why did you buy’? And that’s a valid question I’ve asked myself many times, but I really don’t have a good answer. Communication is the key. When setting up the meeting with our salesman Seth. Champion contacted us several times. After we signed the contract it was like they ghosted us. I had to contact them several times to find out the status of our windows. They never told me of the delays.
Our project took 4 months to complete, and we assume it’s because Champion ordered an incorrect window for us. We asked for the “cheapest” option, which is not what we received. Also, after installation, we found shattered glass on the ground in our backyard.
