Completely disappointed in the lack of follow through, professionalism, and willingness to own mistakes made during our window replacement and installation of siding. So many things went wrong along the way (sales representative did not return our call, Champion office plagued by telephone issues, our desired color of siding was not initially shipped causing another week of delay, a window was measured incorrectly which required an additional 2 weeks to correct, there is still missing window trim on a window that we'll have ... read more

When the new kitchen window was finally installed, it looks good and the install job was done well. I can't recommend Champion due to a failure to deliver and install the window to begin with and a failure to even communicate that there was a delay. This failure caused us to cancel a 49th anniversary dinner outing and resulted in a delay of almost two weeks with no explanation by either the salesman or the company.

Champion offered a one year no interest payment program, which we accepted. I was disappointed that they used a third party finance company (GreenSky) for their financing. I was disappointed in my communications regarding that account. I found the third party to be unprofessional and unwilling to resolve an issue I had. I would not recommend financing through Champion if they have to go through financing with this third party company called GreenSky.

The window installation was great. The siding and the professionalism was bad. They dropped the ball with communication. I felt like they were like the sale is done so they are done with us.

We had requested the top install crew, but were disappointed with the crew that ended up installing our windows. The two primary reasons we selected Champion over Window World was 1) Window Quality and 2) Install quality. I still think the windows are probably better than Window World windows, but the install job was not impressive. The crew was rude to my wife, disrespectful of our property, and left install material on the site and small messes under each window they worked on. I was told that the wiring could be placed in a channel so no wiring would be visible. But the installers told me this is not true for an underbuild. SInce I was hiring my own electrician, I was not advised of this until the build started. And I was told everything would be covered - nothing to paint but again, untrue. The salesman was either not aware of how the project would be finished off on the underbuild that was using existing 4x4 supports or simply uncaring once I signed the contract.
