Sales person was in rush; over estimated the scope of work in his favor. Bad practice.

I think that the only thing that needs to happen is that some things were not done properly and I haven't seen any bill. I got $1000 taken off from Bobby, but I feel like I had to take a lot of time off from work.
The roofing crew subcontractor showed up on a Sunday afternoon, they never called us or knocked on the door. They just came out and started working. I went out and confronted them. They can't do that especially on a Sunday. Champion Windows did apologize for it and that's the only complaint we had.
The installer did not put a cover down when working in the tub, he left shoe marks in the tub that were hard to remove. He damaged the window trim on the inside, it will have to be filled,sanded and painted. He did not caulk the top outside correctly, I had some one else repair it. When the kitchen window outside wrap was replaced due to hail damage the window would not open and a another repair man came out and fixed it.
Don't use Champion Windows.
