I am disappointed with the company. I give them zero stars.
I made the mistake of not requiring all prices to be spelled out individually and accepting a lump sum total at the time of the sale. get all prices up front. start times and completion times promised at time of sale were not even close. overall quality was good, but there were a few times when I saw things I did not like the way something looked and Bobby took care to fix the issue. if you see something that concerns you speak up and let it be known. when crew left I felt everything looked good, but upon closer inspection l... read more

I would not recommend them.
No follow through once it was finished and poor quality.
The follow-up, as far as replacing a sash in my bathroom and bringing out the right screen, has drawn out now for over two months. They sent a guy out to replace a sash that was ordered and all they sent him out with was a piece of glass. He wasn't able to do anything. We had to reorder. They sent the casement window out. We had the double-slider with a single screen and it was put on the order to put a full screen in there. That's something that could have been made in the shop and I still haven't received it.
