Our experience working with Champion was great. We are so happy with our screened sun room - it's just gorgeous. The installer was very talented, and did a very professional job. Champion knocked it out of the park - I would recommend them to anybody.
I think Champion Windows provided us with a very professional job. The crew was very clean, extremity timely, and ultimately provided us with the job that we wanted from Champion Windows.
The quality of the doors is more than we expected. They are great. Champion Windows of Knoxville offers beautiful and sturdy doors. We worked with a top notch crew. They were on time and did their work as scheduled. I couldn't even tell they were there. The house looks like it was built that way. Everything was professionally installed.

My sales rep, Gage, was great to work with. The scheduling process was a bit frustrating. I'd be told a date, then receive no follow up or information. I had to call seeveral times to get an update on my installation timeline. The install was completed by a 3rd party contractor and he was okay.....

The installers were great, the quality looks good but I have asked a simple yes or no question 3 times and NO ONE will give me an answer. I simply wanted to know if the windows would qualify for a tax credit.

Windows were left not square, window do not side right in place. I called Braden, the same day of service, as soon as we discovered it. The installer opened and closed all windows on final inspection. We called him out on the one in the back bedroom, but he basically ignored me. This is after I pointed out the living room window frame was sagging in the middle as they started to caulk! They had to fix it. Many issues with the quality of the windows, install not complete, installers leaving windows / frames dirty, etc. I have listed complaints with Champion and finding more issues
Communication is not the best.
Never got an invoice that explained what I purchased, what was on sale, where were my savings, what am I paying for, how many windows and the cost of each. I just cannot fathom why this is such a difficult request to fulfill. HINT: I NEED THIS FOR TAX CREDIT NEXT YEAR!!!!!
