No. The amount of disrespectful conversations, blame from managers, and a horrible sales follow-up experience soured the entire experience. I do not want anyone to wait a year to receive what should have been provided after 6-8 months. The delay was not due to shipping but rather to incompetence.

Ordered 4 windows - 1 arrived with no problems, 2 had broken sashes, 1 was mis-measured and had to be reorder and no one followed up with me and instead I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on and then the replacement was missing and eventually found after I called again multiple times to find out what it was taking so long

The salesman was not truthful when he came out and told us that any pre-existing rot around the window frames was included in the repairs. After speaking with the manager, they said they would replace the rot repair. After they looked at it further, they said it to expensive and that I would have to do it myself.

I had an extremely poor experience with Champion Windows of Knoxville's customer communications and scheduling, but I still believe very much in the product that they put out.

Been waiting over 8 months on screens and over 4 months on a window replacement for 1 that came in broken. They canceled our door order with no notification.
