Had my deposit from May 2022 Until after Thanksgiving before they started on the project! Workers traveled to and from Chattanooga, Tn each day and worked less than four hours a day. The roof leaked and my contractor came and recalked. Part of the floor had to be removed and more supports had to be installed because the floor swayed over one half inches in the center. Took almost 18 months and I don’t agree with the extra costs they imposed the installation was great when it occurred the planner adjusted his measurements 3 times and over ordered materials to a great extent.

This is the worst company! The windows installed all have Mia-matched grid patterns. I was told that replacement windows would be ordered at the time of installation, when they noticed the problem. They were not. They were pelted red until 9 weeks later. It’s been 19 weeks now and no replacements. Grid patterns are still mismatched which just looks terrible. Trying to get someone in “customer service” to help is a joke. They won’t do anything about it. Literally nothing about it. Waste of money. Should have gone with a diffe... read more
