They sent the crew to my house; they drank on the job and threw beer into my yard and my daughter's sandbox. They had to come out multiple times to get things fixed. Mike, the supervisor, tried his hardest to get everything taken care of. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Doors ordered September 2021 and our job was not completed until March of 2023. No updates were given unless we called them. We were very happy with the quality of the doors.

I was quoted a 12-16 week completion for a patio door and front door. Patio Door came approximately 26 weeks after order. Screen door for patio door came approximately 42 weeks after order. Technicians to finish the trim around the door came approximately 52 weeks after order. Front door never came. I called to get an update on the front door and was told that despite it being 40 weeks since ordering, they had not started production. Had my deposit from May 2022 Until after Thanksgiving before they started on the project! Workers traveled to and from Chattanooga, Tn each day and worked less than four hours a day. The roof leaked and my contractor came and recalked. Part of the floor had to be removed and more supports had to be installed because the floor swayed over one half inches in the center.
