I would not recommend Champion Windows because of the time it took to receive the windows and I reached out to Customer Service several times and was told they would call me back and never received a call back.

The product is great, but the price was high. Champion caused a lot of confusion while scheduling the measurements. Then, after two measurements, the windows didn't easily fit when the installers arrived. They had such a hard time installing the mis-sized windows that they were here from 9 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. I didn't expect or plan for the inconvenience of an all day install.
