Terrible.
Very disappointed sad thing is I got these windows when I was younger in our family home and I really like them
I accepted a contract with champion windows in Nov. of 2021. I was approved for a loan from Greensky. I was told to expect the windows and sliding door around six months. The windows were installed in April 2022. I didn't receive the door until Jan. 2023. This has caused many problems with the loan and for me.
I would not recommend Champion Windows. There was a lack of communication and organization.
Our overall experience hasn’t been great. Very displeased with customer service and response after our install. One window is offset and the installer was told. He was supposed to come back to fix and never did. The second person to come didn’t bring the tools to even do the job. So now it’s been over two months of waiting to have a window fixed that should have been Installed correctly in the first place.
Marty misrepresented product and measured windows incorrectly. Customer service is a joke. They are unwilling to make right what they did wrong
