As a courtesy I should have been contacted that Jack Bowling was no longer my representative I tried to contact him with questions numerous times to find out after faxing a letter that he was no longer with the company, this is my only complaint and did speak with the manager and explained the situation and was resolved to my satisfation

I am very dissatisfied. It was not installed right. They sold me a product that did not fit. They made promises that the door would be repaired.

We had two things done to our house chimney rebuilt and gutters done. The chimney crew was hour late was suppose to come at 10am they came around 11am. I had to call them to see where they were, the chimney rebuilt was great but they had forgot about the gutters. They came back 4 days later and did a quick job to fix the gutters which were not draining properly. Everyone was professional and friendly. They were on time. The clean up crew was great. The only complaint I have is that the salesperson did not give me enough information on the slider windows. I was looking for tilt windows and he didn't tell me that they didn't tilt. That is the main thing I am disappointed with. They are not contacting me back about this.
