I was promised a high quality product with professional installation. What I ended up with was a late arriving crew that did a rush job using less than optimum quality products. Everything, including the doors, which were priced in excess of 9000 dollars look like cheap vinyl. I had to clean up after the siding installers every day. Extremely disappointed with the length of time from when the windows were ordered to when installation began...it was nearly double the estimate (5/5 windows ordered; windows completed 8/18; brickwork for enlarged window completed 8/31). If you have any problems don't expect a call back. They have a lifetime warranty, but if I couldn't get them to help me with the installation, I would hate to see what it's like when I have an issue with the window.
We had excellent service with the sales department and the office staff. Our installer was fabulous as well, however, the product that was delivered to us was incorrect. And we feel champion is very overpriced.
It was a bad deal and we spent too much money.
The quality of control was the worst I have ever seen and they sent the wrong material for the job. It was dirty and looked like someone had stepped all over it. I had to request new material.
I do not appreciate them damaging our property and then not repairing it. The manager was rude and hateful.
As a courtesy I should have been contacted that Jack Bowling was no longer my representative I tried to contact him with questions numerous times to find out after faxing a letter that he was no longer with the company, this is my only complaint and did speak with the manager and explained the situation and was resolved to my satisfation
