Champion is overpriced for the half work that they do.
No stars. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. It was horrible.
The reason we went with Champion in the first place is their warranty, their reputation and our neighbors recommendation. They have not followed through on the communication, quality of the job and we have to wait and see on the warranty. Right now their reputation is not very good with me.
Design and final product is not what I agreed to and paid for. Unfortunately my request for some change in the price due to Champion's change in the design went unanswered. This is our second Champion room. First experience was great, second time communication was poor or non existent. The installation employee was left to deal with a very unhappy homeowner. Bad experience.
