Overall my experience was not a good one; it did not go a smoothly as it should have. However, the electrical crew and my salesperson was professional and seemed concerned about the work they were doing.
Champion needs to listen to the customer more and stop trying to shove how great they are down everyone's throat.
They don't let the customer know what's going on. The salesman decided he wasn't going to change out a window that we had said we were going to change out.
Went with a big company I thought I could trust... I was mistaken.
