I like the windows and all but I did not like the way it looked after they were put in. I think they could have done a better part with the installation. I called them back and no one has got back to me.

not attention to details, handling windows not careful leaving scratches to the frames. when new windows installed the wooden frames were pushed back leaving a big gap .

The communication is very poor between the salesperson and the regional sales office. If someone plans to purchase through the Oklahoma City office, they will need patience and persistence with them.

I wouldn't recommend Champion Windows of Oklahoma City. I had to threaten a lawsuit to get the money back from them to pay the company that the money was borrowed from because they didn't show up for two months.
