My windows took longer that expected to c9me in, which is understandable. When I called to inquire about when they would be in I was told "Lady, I don't know", okay is there someone you can call to ask? I was met with a laugh on this, and then silence. The response was no. I said okay, how come, I was told corporate handled it and never responds to emails sent from the local company. The installation was very poor quality. And the response to that has been equally disappointing.

Tyke is great! The follow through with installation has been a nightmare. Still waiting to get my broken window repaired as well as the broken bricks around the window.

Person in the office strongly argued with me. INteruppted my sentence. Would not let me finish talking.

They didn't follow our agreement. They weren't supposed to start it until they had all the materials. They came and wrapped it and put the siding on but no gutters for a month and they put in a completion certificate which wasn't supposed to happen til the job was complete.
