The experience to get the room done was very stressful. Champion did not respond until my basement was flooded due to a dug out patio. The room is done. But I am still left with the after effects of the flooding.

I would recommend that if you are having work done, you should be home during the installation. I would also recommend that you watch what they are doing.

The sale experience was excellent and the product was great. It made me want to buy the product they were offering. The only issue I had was the installation.

I was greatly disappointed with the installation of my patio room roof. The installers did more damage than repair. From leaking, to soaked wood and carpet, to damage to my newly singled roof and dents in the existing walls. There was garbage, old screws, pieces of metal and other items also left all over. Addressing these issues took forever and I eventually had to fix most of the issues myself because I didn't want anyone from champion coming back. Would never use or recommended this company.
