Even after the workers came back to fix what was done wrong, yet, no one followed up with me to see if I was satisfied. The customer service was horrible.
The experience to get the room done was very stressful. Champion did not respond until my basement was flooded due to a dug out patio. The room is done. But I am still left with the after effects of the flooding.
They are to expensive.
I don't know anyone who would need windows
I would recommend that if you are having work done, you should be home during the installation. I would also recommend that you watch what they are doing.
The sale experience was excellent and the product was great. It made me want to buy the product they were offering. The only issue I had was the installation.
I never would recommend Champion Windows.
