In addition to the installation problems, one of the windows was cracked and still has not been fixed. There is a slow turn around with it getting fixed. We started this process with them about three months ago.
I was not happy at all with the overall service of Champions. Being a national company I expected top notch service. Unfortunately the scheduler ..Jason was fired over this project. I was able to negotiate a 10% reduction in project price. The "12 months same as cash" option is a joke since I keep getting notices from Greensky of $149 per month. Great people, but so many issues along the way. It was not a quick, nor stress-free experience.
Overall this was a terrible experience that lasted months longer than it should have. The list of issues includes everything from providing the incorrect siding sample for paint matching to unexplained scheduling delays to incomplete and inaccurate information given by the Champion staff. I will never use Champion for another project.
