I was greatly disappointed with the installation of my patio room roof. The installers did more damage than repair. From leaking, to soaked wood and carpet, to damage to my newly singled roof and dents in the existing walls. There was garbage, old screws, pieces of metal and other items also left all over. Addressing these issues took forever and I eventually had to fix most of the issues myself because I didn't want anyone from champion coming back. Would never use or recommended this company.

We have used Champion Windows of Omaha for siding previously and we were quite satisfied with the experience. However, this purchase of windows and front door was very unsatisfactory. The products were ordered incorrectly and all issues were blamed on the salesperson, who its no longer an employee of Champion Windows of Omaha. When the correct products were ordered, the factory supposedly had not supplied the replacement, The product was ordered in August, it is now February and the project is still not complete.

I like and appreciated the work Champion did on my windows and patio door, I am not too happy with the rest of their work.
