The communication with the installation person was poor. I had to call for date. Never answers phone and rarely calls back. Will never use them for any project. They pulled the installers away from my job for 2 days to do other work. Job should have been 2 days instead of 4.5 days. Very poor service.
I like the product but feel very unsure regarding the salesmen and office staff. The install crew were amazing!
I would like to have my siding. I still don't know when it's going to be in, or when it will be installed. If they were up front about how long it would take in the first place, I probably would've been more satisfied.
We were given incorrect information by the salesperson and the individual who did the follow up measurement. We were told that we did not need an electrician but when the construction crew (who were very professional, efficient, and informative) came they noted that we did need an electrician and they could not proceed with the job until an electrician came. I had several problems and no one ever called. No one has addressed them and it has been a month.
It seemed like they were in too big of a hurry to get done.
