What an ordeal!! I was extremely satisfied with my initial consult and quote. It all went down hill from there. I had to call 4 times to find out the status of my order. When I spoke to the representative on the phone, she said that the ONLY person who knew the status of my order was out of town for...
I think that their biggest need is to have someone in the office that will get back to you with answers when you have questions and be able to give explanations to your concerns on things. I could understand that people take vacations, but that shouldn't stop the process. Someone else needs to be able to help out.
I had a porch done 20 years ago by them, and they delayed for that. I went back to them for the patio door, and I would not recommend them to anyone. They have been good about repairing and replacing, but as far as the work, I am very disappointed.
When I ordered a sun room and windows they where quick to respond. When ordering only 2 windows ..forget it, First time, which was to be 5 weeks, turned into 8. Windows then didn't fit and were faulty. A RUSH order required another 8 weeks!! Imagine if it wasn't rushed! Order was placed in august .. work was completed AFTER Christmas.
