I am so disappointed in this company and their lack of accepting responsibility- I will never recommend them to anyone.
The work crew was excellent, but there were a lot of things not involving the work crew that went wrong that shouldn't have.

Calls to be returned are not completed. I was charged for a job, that the installer advised could not be done. I had to pay the balance that was due the day the windows were installed. I then notified the office and they were suppose to pull the papers and have the installer check and call back, I have called twice to the office and no return call. I also called the Rep. from Champion Window, Rick that came to the home to set up and I have called him twice also and was told he would pull the paper and if money is due he woul... read more
The overall product seemed to match the amount of money that I paid, but the sales representative was ill prepared and late to our appointment. Also, the installer ordered two of the wrong items and the communication was poor when it came to fixing the situation.
Communication with Champion was excellent until i agreed to let them do the work and paid a deposit, after that communication was very poor. I wasn't noticed when the installed crew would be here, they just showed up one day without any notice. No one of the installation crew spoke good english, and they did not have all of the materials for the job. The old siding was not hauled away like was agreed upon and it took 4 days and several phone calls to get the old siding removed. Eventually they did put everything right, but i... read more
