They need a better telephone system. The actual people are hard to get ahold of.
Even the girl in the office didn't understand why it took so long to get done.
I used Champion about 10 years prior on a different home that I owned thus the reason I contacted them for this job. The company was professional, timely and true to their word about installation. This time I felt it was a totally different company. Customer service was terrible, they were delayed on the installation but yet never contacted me. windows and work done was great.
The hinges sometimes become unhinged. I need to know how to address this item on my own instead of having to call in. Champion Windows needs to show a demonstration of how to replace the window screens; the process is not straightforward.
I love the windows, just not Al. We spent more money than we should have because he didn't tell us that we didn't need a header, and when the install team looked at it, they immediately knew we didn't need one. I think that Al needs to be trained a little bit more.
They sucked.
