Champion Windows was good from the start. The office staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. The installers were extremely friendly, neat, and knowledgeable about the process. Our window was difficult to put in, but they handled it with a lot of knowledge and left it looking beautiful.

Their products are high quality and they stand behind them and if something does go wrong, they do fix it and make sure that it is right.

I think the quality is good. It is an excellent product and it's custom to our needs. However Champion Windows is just very expensive. We didn't compare their prices. Overall the service and product are good.

Champion Windows of Portland did a pretty good job. The only thing is that there were marks left on the walls from the plastic wrapping. Overall, I am satisfied.
