With Champion Windows, we got more than we expected. The workmanship was outstanding, and everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. We would have absolutely no concerns using Champion Windows again.
They started this 6 weeks before we expected it. They started when we were out of the country and they really appreciated that they got to do that. They kept us informed every second they did anything. We really appreciated that. When we got home, we had a new roof. They were flexible, easy to get along with, and responded to our questions. I can't say enough good things about their people skills. They also know their product well.
I just could not be happier. They were professional, and they went over and above. They're just terrific, and I love them. I would recommend them to anyone who asked, and even if they didn't ask, I'd still recommend them!
Champion Windows of Portland has a great product, and great service. The installation crew was courteous and professional. I will be back to buy more windows. Overall, it was a great experience especially the salesperson.
Kevin the sales rep said Champion would be better than any other siding outfit, and he was right. There are other homes near us that have had siding work done recently, and ours looks far better. Because they use 16 foot strips, it covers the length of my house leaving no seam exposed, which is very professional looking.
I am very pleased with the Champion windows that were installed in my home. They have made a significant improvement in the maintenance of a consistent temperature in the home. The workmanship in the construction of the windows is very good. From a standpoint of all the energy saving windows that I have looked at, Champion windows are the best buy for the money.
Champion Windows replaced all the windows in our 50+ year old home with beautiful vinyl cased windows. They were punctual, tidy and efficient. We called them back with a minor issue and they responded immediately. The price was not the cheapest bid we received for the initial project, but the bid was less than half of the highest!! When I couple the excellent product with the exemplary customer service, I know we made the right choice.
Champion Windows did a great job on my project and I am very satisfied with the work they did. They were terrific to work with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs window replacements.
