We were pleased with Champion Windows from the process of choosing the windows all the way through the installation. It's a quality product and has performed in every way that Mr. Russell has said it would. The installation process was easy and we are very pleased with the results.

I have been very satisfied with the product. We have completely gotten rid of any type of draft that was once present in the room in which the windows were installed. We have saved money on our energy bills now that we have installed Champion Windows as well.

Th experience with Champion was a success from beginning to end. We didn't really get pressured into purchasing windows, we just went with our gut feeling and we got three surveys and Champion came out to be a good buy, and a good quality. They had good customer relations and people skills. Every one was just fantastic.

If I had to do it all over again I would pick Champion first. I've seen houses built from the ground up, and Champion is the best at what they do. They have a lifetime guarantee. The windows have lowered my energy bill just like they told me.

I met my salesperson, Carl Russell, at a Home Expo. I got information from him regarding the product I was looking for. He came out, gave me a quote, and helped me decide on the look I wanted. The installers were incredibly fast with the installation and everything was always kept clean.

Champion Windows of Richmond & Fredericksburg are a little more expensive than other companies but the service is very good. When there is a problem with a window or screen they will replace it quickly.
