Prior to hiring Champion Windows of Richmond for the project I checked into five or six other companies as well. Champion Windows of Richmond proved to be the most thorough in explaining the product and offering the most reliable product. Champion Windows of Richmond also gave the impression that they knew what they were doing and they stood behind their product. Champion products are high quality and proven safety as in example of the doors and windows. They are good insulators and have a superior product.

We first had a sliding glass door replaced on the back of our house opening to our deck. Several companies came and gave us estimates. Champion had an excellent product at a price that was in the middle range of the estimates received. Both myself and my wife liked the honesty and professionalism of the salesman and the installers. My new windows met all my expectations and look so good that I now realize I'll need to paint my house. All of the people involved in this process from the salesman coming to my home at my convenience to the installers were very enthusiastic about the product and their involvement. Champion has always been very reliable for us. We have had four projects done by Champion. The products are excellent. They are far and above any previous products we have had previously. They are always on time. The clean up is excellent, and follow up is service goes above and beyond my expectations.

Love the windows in the house: finally, I can open, close and clean them easily. I also like the look, although I am more of a natural material girl.The process of choosing, purchasing, measuring, installing was clearly explained, efficient and on time.I wish I had not gone for the lower quality, single hung windows in the basement, but for same quality as upstairs. They look cheap and it is impractical for the upper pane not to open.

My experience with Champion Windows has been incredible. They do what they say. The product is above the standard. I would recommend anyone to champion windows and I would use them again in the future.
