I was completely satisfied with my entire experience with Champion. The quality of the windows is absolutely fantastic. The installation was superb. It looks absolutely flawless. We have an old house, and the new windows make it look brand new. The sales rep and the installer, Mike, were on time each and every time. The final product was just tremendous. I'm extremely satisfied with it, and I would do it all over again if I had to.
I was in the market for a sliding glass door, and I saw the ad for Champion in one of the newspaper circulars. I also drive past one of the offices in Richmond every day, so I decided to make a visit at our local store. The service I received there was exceptional. The appointments were set in a timely manner. Matt, the salesperson, was awesome. Things went according to schedule. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I absolutely love the internal blinds that we have. They're a great conversation piece!

They had a little bit of a challenge when they took the old siding off to put in the new garage door. It exposed some caulking, so they reconfigured it and made it look very neat and nice. They had to improvise, but it all turned out great.
