Champion Windows do a good job and stand behind their product. Every time that we have called them, they've come out to our house, even for things as small as a lock or a screen. They always come out when we call.
Champion Windows built a good, quality door system and the installation went smoothly. I'm very pleased with the product and wish we had done it years ago.
The Fredericksburg office had a really rough start and poor follow through, but in the end it was all straightened out and we were compensated for all of the problems.

This is the second time we've used Champion. We had a sliding glass door put in, and now we've had these vinyl rails. We live in a time where craftsmanship isn't common. The fact that we've used them twice, and plan to use them a third time, says a lot in this day and age. We love the work. It's an outstanding company, and we would recommend them to anybody. We're very happy with our work and the people we've dealt with.
