Overall the installation crew was very detail-oriented and precise when it came to their work and the way they approached it. They were professional and courteous. I think these were the people that make the product successful. I was very, very impressed with the installers. Even if the the material were top-rate, shoddy workmanship would reflect poorly. This is the second time we've used Champion. We had a sliding glass door put in, and now we've had these vinyl rails. We live in a time where craftsmanship isn't common. The fact that we've used them twice, and plan to use them a third time, says a lot in this day and age. We love the work. It's an outstanding company, and we would recommend them to anybody. We're very happy with our work and the people we've dealt with.

I am extremely satisfied with Champion Windows. There salesmen and installers are very professional. I've known Matt Lunka as a salesman for ten years, and he has proved excellent time after time, along with the entire crew at Champion Windows. I would more recommend the windows, doors, and siding offered by Champion. My son liked my windows so much that he decided to go with Champion to have his windows done as well.

Don, the salesperson, came to our house and gave an excellent presentation. He had all of his presentation with him. Compared to the other companies, he gave an excellent presentation and validated everything on the spot and in the showroom.

The window is really nice. I have friends that have similar garden windows and mine is definitely better. The service I received was excellent, and I'm very happy with the work Champion Windows did.

We were satisfied with Carl. He came in a timely manner after we requested a salesperson. He assured us that the installers would be on time and professional, which was true. They were sensitive to the needs of our older home and took care of the property as if it were their own. We are very pleased.

We compared other patio rooms. I went to a home show, and Champion Windows of Richmond and Fredericksburg had the best quality materials. They got the job done professionally and quickly. It cost a little more, but I learned a long time ago that you get what you pay for.
