Th experience with Champion was a success from beginning to end. We didn't really get pressured into purchasing windows, we just went with our gut feeling and we got three surveys and Champion came out to be a good buy, and a good quality. They had good customer relations and people skills. Every one was just fantastic.

Champion Windows of Richmond & Fredericksburg are a little more expensive than other companies but the service is very good. When there is a problem with a window or screen they will replace it quickly.

I met my salesperson, Carl Russell, at a Home Expo. I got information from him regarding the product I was looking for. He came out, gave me a quote, and helped me decide on the look I wanted. The installers were incredibly fast with the installation and everything was always kept clean.

If I had to do it all over again I would pick Champion first. I've seen houses built from the ground up, and Champion is the best at what they do. They have a lifetime guarantee. The windows have lowered my energy bill just like they told me.
