Replacing our windows and sliding door was a costly and big decision but we wanted great quality windows professionally installed, so we went with Champian instead of Lowes or Home Depot. The information in their brochure is misleading. The brochure indicated that Champion windows has two type of window colors, which are bronze and clear. But when you speak to the representative they only indicate they have one color which is a clear color, so definitely misleading.

It took emails and emails and phone calls after phone calls and several text messages to get to talk with Eric or Able to make corrections. Exceeding the 6 to 8 weeks for completion of job by approximately 80 weeks was more than a client should have to accept especially when no compensation was offered to customer.
