When they deliver and install the missing screen I will give them five stars.
I was told I would get 4 windows for the price of 2, and I don't think that happened. Champion Windows wouldn't address the issue. They promise one thing and do another.
It took a long time for the windows to come in.
It is overpriced for the quality of installation.
It took 2 years to get my job done and it is still not done, quite honestly. I can boil it right down to that I love the product, once it was installed, and I loved the installation team. They came out and did good work and did the best they could. The whole management, sales, follow-up, and making things right that did not go according to their plan because they mis-measured, was horrible.
