Waited a year to get my door installed. NO communication at all? I had to call to get answers. Which no one had 90% of the time. Wrong door came at 8 month mark. Then at the year mark the right door came. Had a missing piece for the door knob/lock. Was suppose to be back but no one showed or called. After Champion called for payment i refused to pay till complete. What a surprise 4 days later it was finished. The installers were great not their problem. I like the product but HORRIBLE customer service.Will never recommend.

I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. Actually the opposite is true. I will discourage and convince anyone who will listen to do business with anyone else. The estimates given for delivery of my doors we’re not even close and the communication and customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I reached out several times to ask for updates but got nothing but run around and stalling. The communication was faulty. Our promise date changed 3 times, and I was not happy about that.
