Project still not completed. Several issues with window fit yet to be resolved. Not happy at all so far.
I would not recommend Champion given our experience. The installation was delayed 4 months between the estimated installation upon purchase, and when it was actually installed. There was no proactive communication from Champion as to this delay. I had to chase our sales person for an update every few weeks, but rarely got any detail as to what was causing the delay. Have some problems in locks and Ron in charge of Seattle said they cannot do anything to help and said call the head office, what kind of services is that.
The price is outrageous.
Waited a year to get my door installed. NO communication at all? I had to call to get answers. Which no one had 90% of the time. Wrong door came at 8 month mark. Then at the year mark the right door came. Had a missing piece for the door knob/lock. Was suppose to be back but no one showed or called. After Champion called for payment i refused to pay till complete. What a surprise 4 days later it was finished. The installers were great not their problem. I like the product but HORRIBLE customer service.Will never recommend.
The second guys to reinstall the failed brand new windows swept all the debris off my desk to the ground below.
