This company is terrible! I would never recommend anyone to buy windows or doors from them, since they are liars.

So far they've remade one window 3 times and it still doesn't fit. The installers damaged our molding, installed the screens upside down, and didn't adjust things so the windows are easy to open and close. The custom color paint job on the outside is uneven. The screens weren't done right. To their credit they are still working to fix things.

They did not get a permit required by city, house sat stripped of siding wrapped in tyvek for 5 months, with very little communication about progress. Left material just laying around our property. Did not respond to phone calls or emails

The worst install one could imagine. A one day install took 4 days. Not much was done correctly the first time. Windows installed wrong. Calling and foam was miserable. Siding wrong. Trim installed wrong. Job site left a complete mess. The inside of the house a complete mess. Inside windowsills were not cut they were chiseled and have created more work than the windows are worth. All this while I was home constantly having to point out the problems along the way. I would not recommend Champion to my worst enemy.

I followed up about some small issues after installation and still haven’t heard back.
