Our installation was plagued with mistakes and blunders. The initial installers created most of the issues, and followup staff to fix the issues, created some additional ones. It took MANY visits to finally bring the installation to a Satisfactory conclusion.
Windows so far have been great. Just did not like the sawdust left behind and the poor cuts in the wood that you can see.
They do not keep their promises.
Caulking cracked after install. Caulking cracked again after the next technician did it. Have to wait 2 weeks for it to be redone again. I've lost faith.
It took way too long to get the product delivered.
I have emailed my sales person and another employee as well as a phone message for my salesperson with no response, it has been several days.
