Window installation not done. One window arrived broken and is yet to be replaced and screen for that window was missing. I'll complete survey once job completed.

This was our 2nd time buying windows for our house from Champion. This time the sales process was very unprofessional and annoying communicating through email and texts randomly.

It is very misleading that when the windows are installed they are done. I didn’t know I would also have to color match two different colors of paint and buy a ladder to get 15 feet up to my second story windows to paint over caulk that is covering cuts into my siding. I understand having to paint trim but it would be nice to know up front that I would have to do all around the whole window as well. The installation was good. The original measurements weren't marked right, so Champion had to reorder. After the reorder was made, there were scratches on the glass, so we are to the third appointment, and it's still not done. I am waiting on them to replace the glass. The experience getting the glass was ok, but I recommend them for the customer service and installation.

The caulking job was terrible, when I called them and told them about it. The guy looked at it and said we’ll I fix the front window for curb appeal . And asked if I was going to paint the house Was not impressed at all

Because of the salesperson Deb Taylor's lack of professionalism and due to the length of time between signing contract and window installation, we will not be recommending Champion Windows to anyone.
