Absolutely horrible experience at every level. Months behind on the project, everything the salesman said on the tome and service quality was a lie, horrible communication, windows scratched, frames scratched, it'll be months before the work is fixed.
Everything about this order felt disorganized. Communication was poor. One window was installed broken. No one seems to have good communication with anyone else.
They should have repaired one window instead of replacing the whole thing. They could have repaired the frame and support at just $500 dollars, versus replacing the window at $12,000 dollars.
Overall this was the second worst experience we’ve had with our renovation. Misinformation led us to order a product we really didn’t want because we thought it was the only option. When I tried to cancel the order after finding a much better product for a much better price, my communications were ignored until JUST after the deadline. Just pathetic. Project still not completed. Several issues with window fit yet to be resolved. Not happy at all so far.
I would not recommend Champion given our experience. The installation was delayed 4 months between the estimated installation upon purchase, and when it was actually installed. There was no proactive communication from Champion as to this delay. I had to chase our sales person for an update every few weeks, but rarely got any detail as to what was causing the delay.
