Communication was great with Bron during the sales pitch, but we have been struggling to get our project finished.
I would highly recommend that you NOT purchase from Champion Windows. The sales rep AJA used bait and switch sales tactics, refused to follow up and her leadership team is not resolving the issue. I will post pictures of what a Champion for install looks like. They damaged my home security system, Aja lied to get a sale and her team including executive staff is bot returning calls. Champion replaced my living room and bath windows this time and worked on cleaning up/correcting the shoddy caulking on my bedroom windows which they replaced last year. The caulking still leaves much to be desired. I found out that the caulking should just be squeezed in and left to dry without using the finger. My friends are not impressed by the installation because the caulking still looks awful.
The windows I received aren’t the same ones I thought I was getting. In the sell pitch, I was shown ones that pop out to clean. These don’t. They also messed up the first window people see upon walking up to my front door. They put really thick uneven caulking around the frame but this wasn’t supposed to be applied. They sent someone months later to try to remove and he couldn’t so I’m stuck with a really ugly window right when you get up to my front door.
Windows are beautiful, but installation was a major headache! Very unprofessional, rude, and work was very shoddy.
Five months to receive the replacement windows and the large main window is defective! Will have to wait months again to receive the new window!
