It was very confusing and a little misleading. I did not like the cat and mouse games regarding the price. I would have rather they give me a good price upfront and not go back and forth. It was way too much.
They blamed it on Covid but it took 14 weeks before they even started the project. They only had one person working on the project until the roof was ready to go on and then there were two people but that was it. I still have a door that needs finished.
While the sales person (Harold) and installation guy (Isaiah) were great, the customer service and Mike, the installation manager, left a lot to be desired. On May 12, 2020 we met with Harold and on May 19, the windows were remeasured. The contract said the windows would be installed in 6-8 weeks. It was 22 weeks in all. It took Harold checking to see how we liked our new windows to learn the windows had either come in the wrong color or broken. We were told both. Had to come twice because first Patio measurements was wrong. They also did not bring a screen for patio poor, there is a chip in the window and also wished they would of used black caulk on the outside they used clear which didnt dry up clear and looks pretty bad
