Champion windows is a professional organization with a qualified salesman, staff and install crew. They have made all efforts to satisfy my needs in a timely manner. They are a low pressure - high quality contractor.
We needed our windows in a short amount of time and had a very tight schedule regarding the installation. Champion really took the ball and ran with it. They finished our job incredibly quickly.
The Champion Windows sales staff was very knowledgeable. My salesperson, Ray, gave a great demonstration. The installation crew was also top notch - very clean and efficient.
We were extremely satisfied with the salesman and with the value. We thought that the installation crew was very professional and quick. They did an excellent job of cleaning up.
Our installation crew was courteous, they were on time, and they did an excellent clean up. Our house looks fabulous. Both myself and my husband think that Champion did a great job.
There were shavings in the rails probably from drilling to secure the frames. Also the screen on the window below the one replaced the screen was damaged. Looks as if the ones removed fell against the screen during removal .
Prices. You could improve prices.

The windows are poor quality manufactory . Too much money for poor quality work.

It has nothing to do with the service. It has to do with people we know that need the service that Champion offers. Cannot recommend ice to a person in Alaska in winter. When summer comes, then ice is on the menu. So, that’s why the rating, If we have friends the express the need, then we will recommend. Not going to go door-to-door recommending.
