I had a valid, quantifiable need for rush service. I did not get it. Estimator failed to estimate project correctly and the result was an incomplete project. All this quality for a repeat customer.
I was pressured the day of the quote to buy that day. Even after stating I did not want to make a decision that day several times. I would not recommend unless you want to be pressured into buying something you cannot even afford at the time.
If you hire Champion, make sure you go over everything before they leave.
It's not against the South Bend office, it's the factory where the windows are made is the main thing. I feel like the once the windows arrive, someone should be inspecting them.
I will not recommend them until they fix my issue.
They installed the wrong type of window.
