Right now I can't make a comment just now,until my one window is repaired. It's getting cold and my bed room window air is coming in.I reported it just waiting for job completed.After that then I can give my honest opinion.
Absolutely no!!!
I am 70 years old, I’ve had many projects many construction teens doing work in my homes. And in 70 years this is absolutely the worst. No professionalism, no communication, no response, and not 1 ounce of accountability on champion!!!
Expensive and my bathroom window sticks. It's brand new.
Champion sales rep and demo was good. Installer did a great job. Product quality failed. Purchased five double hung windows. Four of the five windows were assembled incorrectly. Confirmed and reported to Champion on day of installation. The ASAP fix will be twelve (12) days later . The same four windows have very poor fit/ finish issues. The interior corners have gaps up to 1/8 inch and are not cut straight. Looks terrible.
