The windows you put in were smaller than my original ones. Also when installing the installers removed chunks of my siding/paint. Now I have to repaint and eventually replace.

Be honest and keep your word on what you tell customers. Don't leave them hanging and waiting to hear back when they put all this money into a job that they have no idea when it'll be done. We were originally told around 3 months and didn't get the work done until 6 - 7 months later. Also workers should come on time and not leave customers waiting on them for 2 hours later without even a call letting us know why. That's what happened to us the second day they had to come back as a window was missing on first day.

I have 3 broken windows that still have not been replaced now 3 months after they were installed, the installation quality is horrible, the people who did it did an absolute piss poor job, it looks like a 3rd grader did the work. They used the wrong calk in the inside of the house causing a horrible installation, they should have used silicone and they used outdoor. I still have a broken screen, still has not been replaced. I strongly advise against using their services. From the salesperson to the installation, the entire process was unsatisfactory. Given the substantial amount I paid for the siding, the final result was utterly disappointing and not worth it at all.
