No customer service. As of right now I would not recommend champion windows at all.

Really? If you need to ask you aren’t paying attention, and that is the primary reason I wouldn’t recommend. By no fault of ours, the entire order was messed up. We were not kept in the loop, and because of that, your management has totally failed. No one reached out to us, we had to make all the inquiries. In the end, the sales person Ron was great, and so were the installers. But, the Wichita office management should be reviewed.

When I scheduled the appointment to have someone come out to offer an estimate, it was rescheduled two different times. The cost of the door was more expensive than I was expecting. When the door was placed, there was a scratch on the outside on the frame of the door above the door bell.

Put on a different payment plan than discussed. Windows were not completed properly from the factory and had to be modified to function properly. Installers damaged screen and it was replaced with a screen with box knife damage (twice) before repaired properly.

The answer to that is pending my service that I’ve waited on since the day the windows were put in. The service agent lacks a little effort. Don’t text people call them after they’ve spent all this money
My window replacement was because of a hail storm and was covered by insurance (so I thought). When I contacted you to get an itemized bill to submit to my insurance ( required by my insurance ), I was told that you never give out itemized bills for your products. The price I paid to you was 10 times what the insurance would allow even with the buy two get two free (deal) I was given.
