Of any company that I've ever dealth with no communication , tried to lm, i called and called it was the worst exp w/any company
Windows installed in sunroom gave off such strong smell the room was unusable. Calls and messages to local company we’re unanswered.
Signed the deal on 7/30/2021, was told it would take 8-10 weeks for the windows and 12-14 weeks for the door. Windows were installed 11/8/2021. The installer did not repair the rotted-out window frame on the largest window, just covered it up with aluminum sheeting, the screens for the biggest window would not fit, the screens for the kitchen windows were gouged and scratched up.
