There was no communication from them at all. I tried to call the local office, and it refers you to leave a message. However, the voicemail box is always full, so, you cannot leave a message. We had to call the national number. They would then in turn call the local office, and eventually, after 3 times calling them, I got a call back.
Customer service sucks.
Horrible communication I had to keep following up to inquire about status as there were delays. Office never answers the phone and voicemail inbox is always full.
One window was wrong. NOT HAPPY WITH CHAMPION.8
