Of any company that I've ever dealth with no communication , tried to lm, i called and called it was the worst exp w/any company
Windows installed in sunroom gave off such strong smell the room was unusable. Calls and messages to local company we’re unanswered.
Signed the deal on 7/30/2021, was told it would take 8-10 weeks for the windows and 12-14 weeks for the door. Windows were installed 11/8/2021. The installer did not repair the rotted-out window frame on the largest window, just covered it up with aluminum sheeting, the screens for the biggest window would not fit, the screens for the kitchen windows were gouged and scratched up. We are replacing the windows in our home a few at a time due to the cost. We were extremely pleased with our prior order and installation from Champion. However, we are extremely disappointed with our recent order and installation from Champion and I am not sure we will use Champion for the remaining windows. The quality has been an issue, with none of the screens properly fitting and even after being replaced, the screens are difficult to remove and do not fit properly after being removed. The product was alright, but the customer service stinks. I have an ongoing problem. I have a warranty and paid too much money for it. I can't get anyone to fix it. When you shut the door and see daylight come through the cracks, I wouldn't say that is correct.
There was no communication from them at all. I tried to call the local office, and it refers you to leave a message. However, the voicemail box is always full, so, you cannot leave a message. We had to call the national number. They would then in turn call the local office, and eventually, after 3 times calling them, I got a call back.
