3 of my windows are too narrow and slide side to side in the frame allowing wind to blow through. All the rotten wood was agreed to be replaced wich none of it was it was just cut out and replaced with spray foam and wrapped in cheap metal wich will likely be flapping in the wind because there is nothing to adhere too. Most of my windows will not open because they are so tight and some won't open very far due to screw placement. The product itself is good, but the timeframe and the communication with the company was terrible.

I will not recommend champion windows. The product does not stand up to what I was sold on. sales person did a great job selling the product but the product is very poor.
